-Kar Town does have a $78 down program, which not everyone will qualify for. We do have to complete an application in person before we can consider approving anybody for $78 down. If you are approved, the selection of vehicles for the $78 down program are also case by case.

Yes. Our product only covers comprehensive and collision insurance. You still need to purchase your liability insurance under Texas law.
